The Working Group for Economic Management (AWV e.V.) sees itself as a “neutral platform for the development of future-oriented rules and procedures through communication and cooperation between public administration, business and the third sector with the participation of science.”<\/em> In working groups, representatives from ministries, municipal administrations, associations and individual organizations discuss topics such as the debureaucratization of the third sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

With its impulse paper (AWV, Impulspapier Zuwendungspraxis, June 2018), the working group aims to influence the future design of public funding law.<\/p>\n\n

Specifically, it deals with issues such as the early start of measures, the prohibition of betterment, the eligibility of non-statutory insurance and generally improving the communication structure between funding providers and recipients.<\/p>\n\n

The impulse paper is intended to promote the discussion about a modern funding law beyond established conflicts of interest and is the result of a discussion process between representatives of the Federal Ministry of Finance, individual state ministries of finance, cultural and charitable organizations and municipal funding institutions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
