If this does not work, mediation by the Berlin Bar Association is also possible.<\/p>\n\n<p>The VSBG transposed the provisions of the corresponding EU Directive on out-of-court dispute resolution, including the establishment of corresponding arbitration bodies for disputes between businesses and consumers, into German law. Participation in the dispute resolution procedures provided for by law is voluntary.
