Til Pörksen studied law in Frankfurt/Oder, Berlin and Paris and completed his legal clerkship in Berlin. In 2007, he was admitted to the bar, initially at the Berlin office of a supra-local law firm and subsequently at a law firm specializing in IT/IP law. In 2011, he founded C.O.X.legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
Til Pörksen has also been a specialist lawyer for IT law since 2010 and a specialist lawyer for tax law since 2013. He is a contract author of juris GmbH for the IT law practice report and AnwaltZertifikatOnline IT and media law.
Til Pörksen speaks fluent English and French. He is a member of the Berliner Anwaltsverein e.V., the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Recht und Informatik e.V. and Knallrot Wilmersdorf e.V., among others.
