The short lecture followed by a Q&A session as part of the Kulturprojekte Berlin Summer School will provide insights into the most important issues when drafting contracts in cultural work.
The following points are dealt with in particular:
What do you need to look out for in contracts? How must the contract be structured so that the fee is paid even in the event of termination by the contractual partner? How must the agreement on the amount of the fee be formulated in order to guarantee the actual payment of the agreed amount? What aspects need to be considered in the context of international contract drafting?
