The minimum fee for guest performance contracts was also raised with the introduction of Section 1 a NV Bühne with effect from October 1, 2017. It applies to all guest performance contracts concluded from 01.10.2017.
- The minimum fee per performance provides for § 1 a para. 1 NV stage provides for an amount of EUR 200.00. A deviation from this can be reduced to up to EUR 150.00 for smaller roles, parties or tasks. If there are two performances per day, the minimum fee for both performances is EUR 300.00 in total. The amount of the fee for three performances was not regulated.
- The minimum fee for rehearsals is EUR 90.00 for a full rehearsal day and EUR 60.00 for a half rehearsal day. Deviations from this may be possible in the case of a performance fee that exceeds the minimum fee, see § 1 a para. 4 NV Stage.
- A further undercutting possibility exists in accordance with § 1 a para. 3, provided that the performances and rehearsals take place within a period of 30 days and the minimum fee pursuant to § 1 a NV Stage exceeds the minimum fee pursuant to § 58 para. 1 NV (normal employment according to NV stage) stage is exceeded.
