Specialist lawyer for labor law
Marten Reichenau studied law in Berlin and Rostock and completed his legal clerkship in Berlin. After completing his 2nd state examination, he initially worked for several years as a lawyer for two large legal expenses insurance companies in Düsseldorf, Gera and Berlin until he was admitted to the bar in 2016. He then primarily advised clients in the areas of employment and insurance law and was involved in international compliance proceedings before moving to a law firm in Berlin in 2020 that specializes purely in employment law. Marten Reichenau joined the C.O.X.legal team in May 2024.
Marten Reichenau has also been a specialist lawyer for employment law since 2021. He advises and represents both employers and employees in proceedings up to the Federal Labor Court.
Marten Reichenau speaks fluent English. He is a member of the Berliner Anwaltsverein e.V. and its labor law working group.
